What is your return policy?
~Customer satisfaction is very important to me, and I do wish for you to love your new piece of jewelry! If there should be any problems with your jewelry, please contact me. Any purchase may be returned within 10 days of receipt (starting with the day that you receive the package) for a full refund or a shop credit.
Do you accept custom orders?
If you have an idea in mind for a piece of jewelry, I would love to help you bring your idea to life! Additionally, many of my pieces can be created in other metals such as 18k gold, 22k gold, fine silver, and platinum or white gold. Gemstones are another option for customizing existing pieces. For custom ordering options based on one of my existing pieces, please see below

There are many options for custom orders, and only a few of the possible options are listed below:
♦ Order in different materials/colors; pearls, crystals, and semi-precious, or precious gemstones
♦ Order in a different metal; sterling or fine silver, 14 or 18karat gold, white gold or platinum
♦ Order with a necklace chain or a bracelet chain

Please note that a 50% deposit is required on all custom orders.
What forms of payment do you accept?
~We accept all major credit cards via paypal.com and Google Checkout, the safest, most convenient ways to pay for your purchases online.
~We also accept bank transfers through PayPal.
Regarding payment with PayPal, please be assured that you do not need a Paypal account to pay for your purchase through Paypal. To pay with a credit card directly, please look for the "continue without a paypal account" link above the credit card logos on the Paypal sign-in page.
What are the details of your shipping policy?
~Shipping charges are stated in each product listing, and include packaging chareges, and insurance.
Your purchase will be shipped on the following Tuesday or Friday (my shipping days) from the receipt of your cleared payment, unless otherwise stated in the listing(not including custom orders). All orders will be shipped via First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation (domestic). and you will receive an email confirming shipment.
If you are in a hurry, please contact me and we can determine if USPS priority mail or next day service would be a better choice for you.
Do I need to purchase shipping insurance?
~Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, insurance is included in my shipping charges. In some cases, I may request that you purchase insurance, and this will be stated in the listing.
